The lifecycle event log in delivery_seq order: one event per market revision. delivery_seq is gapless: fill a hole with since_delivery_seq set to the last one you applied. Events are kept for 90 days. Some events change only fields that are not in the object: with the revision rule (ignore a revision not above the one applied) they change nothing.

asc (default) or desc. order=desc&limit=1 returns the newest event: its delivery_seq is the high-water mark to start an initial sync from. desc cannot be combined with since_delivery_seq.

Events after this delivery_seq. To page, pass the last event's delivery_seq. Answers 410 with oldest_delivery_seq when events after it are no longer kept (90 days): rerun the initial sync.
