Prediction-market lifecycle events as they are published, for every market: the events of /prediction-markets/resolutions/events. Nothing is replayed on connect or reconnect: start from the initial sync described on /prediction-markets/resolutions, and after a reconnect or a gap in delivery_seq, fetch the missed events from /prediction-markets/resolutions/events with since_delivery_seq before applying newer ones. Not available for sandbox API keys.
